Chapter 013: Clash

获得主角能力的我只想过平凡生活 · 第013章 交锋

Dracula raised an eyebrow, a hint of a smile flickering in his eyes. "Jia Fang, who is that?"

The queen said, "He is the vizier of Agrabah, the sultan's most trusted minister."

Dracula calmly picked up a grape and put it into his mouth. "Go on."

The queen had no choice but to continue, "The world we have entered, though not exactly the same as the story of Aladdin and the magic lamp in the Arabian Nights, is largely similar."

"And based on my observations, Jafar is very likely the sorcerer from the Arabian Nights tales, and he may well know the whereabouts of the magic lamp."

Dracula got what he wanted, and a satisfied smile finally appeared on his face. "I hope you haven't deceived me, Anna. Otherwise, you know the consequences."

"No, I don't think she deceived you." Suddenly, a voice sounded in the room. It was Wang Bo, who had overheard the conversation between the two and entered the room without hesitation.

Both the queen and Dracula were startled.

The two turned their heads and saw a man standing on the balcony of the room.

"Jia Fang?" the queen exclaimed, not expecting Jia Fang to appear so suddenly.

Dracula was startled at first, then laughed, "You are Jafar, the king's minister. You know the whereabouts of the lamp."

"Yes, I know." Wang Bo nodded, and seeing Dracula's increasingly delighted smile, he said slowly, "But unfortunately, you cannot obtain the lamp."

"Of course I know I can't get the lamp, but I've already found a helper."

“Aladdin.”

"You do know him, indeed, Aladdin is in my hands." Dracula did not deny it, but was instead quite pleased. "If not for him, I wouldn't have been able to determine where I had arrived. All of this is truly wondrous, don't you think, Anna?"

The queen remained silent.

Dracula was unconcerned, instead looking greedily at Wang Bo. "Jafar, if you tell me the whereabouts of the magic lamp now, I can grant you eternal life."

Wang Bo said disdainfully, “Your so-called immortality—is that becoming a vampire who cannot see the sunlight?”

Dracula was quite surprised. "You actually know about vampires. It seems Anna has told you quite a lot."

Wang Bo said casually, "I know more than you think. For example, I also know that you are not from this world at all—you come from another world."

Dracula's face instantly darkened, and he cast a cold, icy glance at the queen. "I never expected that Anna would have told you even this."

"No, I didn't say that," the queen immediately denied, her gaze filled with doubt and shock. "How do you know this?"

Dracula was astonished and uncertain, unsure whether the queen was telling the truth or not.

Wang Bo said, "It's very simple: you are not the first visitors to enter other worlds. Before this, I have dealt with many people like you."

Dracula became instantly wary, and the Queen could not help asking, "How did you deal with them? Did you kill them?"

"Rest assured, Your Majesty, I am not that cruel yet."

Wang Bo said, "I merely sent them back to their original world, nothing more."

Dracula's heart skipped a beat, and he instinctively stepped back a few paces.

Wang Bo turned his head to glance at Dracula and said meaningfully, "It seems that Mr. Dracula does not want to return to his original world."

The queen said sarcastically, "Because he can't bear to part with the magic lamp."

“Shut up!” Dracula angrily rebuked the queen, staring intently at Wang Bo. “Who exactly are you?”

Wang Bo smiled faintly and said with grace, "As you can see, I am merely a worker who sends lost people back to their homeland."

The queen immediately pointed at Dracula and said, "Since this is your job, you should send this fellow back right away."

Dracula's figure flickered, and in an instant he appeared before Wang Bo, his eyes filled with dense murderous intent, his pale hand reaching for Wang Bo's throat.

He wanted to kill.

Wang Bo neither dodged nor avoided, allowing Dracula's hand to seize his throat.

Dracula's heart leaped with joy. He squeezed hard, intending to crush Wang Bo's throat, but when he exerted force, he was astonished to find that Wang Bo's neck was as hard as steel.

He actually had no way to crush Wang Bo's neck.

This discovery startled Dracula greatly; he couldn't help but look up at Wang Bo, only to see a face tinged with mockery.

Before he could react, Wang Bo had already grabbed his arm.

Crack!

Wang Bo exerted force and directly crushed Dracula's wrist, the intense pain causing Dracula to howl.

"You have disappointed me, Mr. Dracula," Wang Bo said. "As the legendary progenitor of vampires, I originally thought you were very powerful, but now I have to admit that my guess was wrong."

"Your strength is nothing more than this."

Faced with Wang Bo's mockery, Dracula flew into a rage. His shattered bones healed instantly, and his other hand struck Wang Bo's chest like a cannonball, the immense force sending Wang Bo flying.

Boom!

Wang Bo smashed through the balcony railing, his entire body flying like a cannonball for dozens of meters before crashing into a wall with a tremendous roar.

In an instant, the entire palace was alarmed.

Wang Bo broke free from the wall and leaped with such force that he flew back like an arrow loosed from a string, covering dozens of meters in an instant. He crashed into Dracula, carrying him through a wall and out of the queen's bedchamber.

"Monster!"

The queen couldn't help but exclaim in astonishment at the shattered wall.

Whether it was Dracula or Wang Bo, in his eyes, they were like monsters.

After flying over one palace after another, Wang Bo and Dracula crashed through the roof of a palace with a loud thud and fell into something like a storeroom.

After Wang Bo stood up, he discovered that this place was actually an armory.

Dracula casually picked up an Arabian scimitar from the rack and, in a flash, swung it at Wang Bo's head.

Wang Bo still did not dodge or avoid.

The Arabian scimitar is named for its historical manufacture and use by ancient Arab Muslims.

The blade is narrow, with a large curvature, three to four feet in length, and has a deep groove on its surface. Its characteristics are a pronounced curve, good toughness and hardness, and an extremely sharp edge.

The blade of this knife has curves like a woman's body, yet it can instantly cut through armor and slice off heads.

Unfortunately, Wang Bo's body had long been immune to cold weapons.

No matter how formidable a scimitar might be, it is of no use.

When Dracula swung his scimitar and struck Wang Bo's head, the blow only produced a series of sparks.
