Chapter 011: Meeting

获得主角能力的我只想过平凡生活 · 第011章 见面

When he reached the fifteenth floor, Wang Bo found that the treasure he was looking for had already been found by Gwen's group.

It was a rather impressive suit of armor, entirely white, with exquisitely carved patterns on its surface, like a meticulously crafted work of art. It was now worn by Peter Parker.

With this armor, Peter Parker could easily harm the ghosts on this floor.

Perhaps emboldened by this assurance, the group grew bolder and actually came out of the room.

So when Wang Bo encountered them, they were in the midst of a fierce battle with the ghosts.

However, only Peter Parker could harm the ghosts, so the others were more or less just going through the motions.

"Gwen."

Wang Bo casually released a sword aura, killing all the ghosts in the corridor. The flames of the solar panel on his body blazed with full special effects, making him appear like a heroic figure commanding universal attention as he appeared before Gwen's group.

If Gwen's group had been pushed to the brink by the ghosts, Wang Bo's arrival like a divine soldier descending from heaven would have been even more effective.

Unfortunately, although Gwen's group was in a difficult situation, they were far from being pushed to the brink.

So Wang Bo's dramatic entrance was wasted.

Seeing Wang Bo appear, Gwen couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief, and her tense mood instantly vanished. "I knew you would show up."

"Of course." Wang Bo stepped forward, gently hugged Gwen, and then they parted.

"Anyway, it's really great that you're all safe."

Peter Parker said, "Can someone tell me what's going on? Why are we in such a mess?"

Wang Bo was somewhat surprised and glanced at Gwen. "You haven't told them yet?"

Gwen shrugged helplessly. "We've been busy fighting ghosts the whole time, no time at all. Besides, explaining this is complicated."

Peter Parker said, "Do we have time now?"

Wang Bo nodded and said, "What do you want to know?"

"Where is this place?"

"A massive dungeon?"

"Why is it a question?"

"Because it's my first time in a place like this too." Wang Bo indicated that he was also a first-timer, so don't make things difficult for each other.

"Then why are we here? We should be saving Mary Jane."

"That's a long story. The specifics are like this..."

After spending some time giving a brief explanation, about ten minutes later, he looked around and asked, "Does anyone else have questions?"

Spider-Ham asked, "Is everything you said true?"

"Yes, I can vouch that everything he said is true." Gwen stepped forward to back Wang Bo. "You might not believe it, but I actually met him in Batman's world. He saved me and sent me home."

Peter Parker sighed deeply. "I thought my life's experiences were already bizarre enough, but I never thought I'd encounter something even stranger."

Peni Parker widened her round eyes. "That's so cool."

Gwen asked, "By the way, do you know where Spider-Man Noir is?"

"He's on the fifth floor, moving toward Mary Jane's direction."

"What? Mary Jane is here too?!" Peter Parker suddenly became agitated. "No, this is too dangerous. I have to go save her."

"Don't worry, Mary Jane is in a safe place—a safe room."

Peter Parker said, "Even so, we should regroup as soon as possible and get out of here."

Spider-Ham nodded and said, "I agree with that."

Peni Parker said, "I agree too."

Wang Bo casually handed everyone a map, marking Mary Jane's location. "Follow this map, and you'll find Mary Jane and Spider-Man Noir."

Gwen glanced at the map and asked, "You're not coming with us?"

"Actually, while repairing the space rift, I sent someone to find you, but that guy didn't follow my orders and went deeper instead. I have to go find her."

Wang Bo mentioned Hela and couldn't help rubbing his temples.

Having a subordinate who acts on their own is really troublesome.

"Alright, we'll go find Mary Jane first. You join us as soon as possible."

"No problem."

Wang Bo agreed.

Then the two groups split up. Wang Bo continued downward, while Gwen's group went upward. But before parting, Wang Bo duplicated a Purification Orb and gave it to Gwen's group.

With this orb, they should be able to return safely to the third floor of the dungeon.

Wang Bo watched Gwen's group disappear, then withdrew his gaze and continued downward, unstoppable. Before long, he broke through from the fifteenth floor to the twentieth.

On almost every floor, Wang Bo found very good items in hidden secret rooms.

For example, on the sixteenth floor, Wang Bo found a pair of gauntlets that increased the user's strength and had a holy attribute, dealing triple damage to undead.

On the seventeenth floor, Wang Bo found a book—a light-attribute spellbook containing more than a dozen spells, including healing and damage spells. Wang Bo recorded them all.

On the eighteenth floor, Wang Bo found a staff that enhanced the power of light-attribute magic.

On the nineteenth floor, Wang Bo found a shield. Though not as hard as vibranium, its defense was decent.

The longsword Wang Bo had obtained on the thirteenth floor couldn't leave even a scratch on the shield.

Clearly, the deeper the dungeon, the more powerful the treasures.

God knows who put these treasures in the dungeon.

On the twentieth floor, Wang Bo was surprised to find that the treasure there had already been taken. He strongly suspected Hela, but lacked sufficient evidence.

So Wang Bo continued downward.

Upon entering the twenty-first floor, the death energy in the air surged again, several times stronger than before. Clearly, the danger level had increased geometrically.

Moreover, the undead creatures here became sparse, but their strength was vastly different.

On this floor, basic minions like skeletons and zombies were essentially absent.

Headless Knights and Death Knights were the mainstream on this floor. But for Wang Bo, these upgrades were nothing—a piece of cake.

The undead still couldn't slow Wang Bo down. He pressed on.

But he soon noticed a problem: starting from the twentieth floor, all treasures had been taken. This made Wang Bo increasingly suspect Hela.

Unfortunately, he still had no evidence.

Wang Bo continued forward and finally reached the twenty-fifth floor. There, a barrier blocked Wang Bo's sight and also barred his way.
