Chapter 003: Infinity Stones

Then Wang Bo left this world after the transaction.

So when Wang Bo entered the Marvel universe again, he found himself still in the desolate land.

The Collector's lair.

But compared to last time, Wang Bo's collection was richer, and some treasures were no worse than the Collector's.

Moreover, his strength had undergone earth-shaking changes.

So Wang Bo was fully qualified to trade with the Collector again.

So Wang Bo directly opened a portal to the Collector's lair and stepped in.

A human, a red-skinned big guy, a green-skinned woman, a small raccoon, and a tree man.

Wasn't this Star-Lord and his goofy teammates?

It seemed he had missed a lot of plot.

Wang Bo remembered that when he last entered this world, Iron Man had just begun, and now in the blink of an eye, the Guardians of the Galaxy were about to form. So how much had he missed?

The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor, The Avengers, Iron Man 3, Thor 2, and Captain America 2—he seemed to have perfectly missed them all.

Wang Bo's gaze involuntarily fell on an Orb in the Collector's hand. If he wasn't mistaken, it should contain an Infinity Stone—the Power Stone.

Star-Lord and his group involuntarily turned their attention to Wang Bo.

Wang Bo said calmly, "Long time no see. Looks like you're doing business."

"Yes, a big business." The Collector gestured.

"The thing in your hand?"

"You know what it is, don't you?" The Collector said meaningfully. In his view, Wang Bo appeared just as he got his hands on it.

It was too coincidental.

So the Collector subconsciously thought Wang Bo had come for the thing in his hand.

He had been observing Star-Lord and his group all along.

And these fools had no idea they were being followed.

Wang Bo nodded. "The Power Stone, of course I know. But I came at just the right time. I didn't expect to run into an Infinity Stone."

The Collector smiled, ignoring Wang Bo's remark. He placed the Orb on the table and manipulated a mechanical arm to open it, revealing the glowing Power Stone inside.

"It's beautiful," he said involuntarily.

Except for the green-skinned Gamora, Star-Lord's group probably had no idea what an Infinity Stone was. "What exactly is this thing?" he couldn't help asking.

In a good mood, the Collector introduced the origin of the Infinity Stones to Star-Lord's group and demonstrated their power.

A Celestial wielding an Infinity Stone effortlessly destroyed a planet and harvested a civilization.

The scene was too horrifying. Star-Lord blurted out, "I'm about to piss my pants."

But Rocket Raccoon said he wasn't interested; he just wanted to see the money.

The Collector asked, "How would you like to be paid?"

"Cash. I only want cash."

Wang Bo's gaze was drawn to the Power Stone. While the others were talking, he reached out his right hand and grabbed the Infinity Stone.

This immediately caught the Collector's attention.

"No!!!" he shouted in terror.

If the Power Stone went berserk here, he and the others would be in danger, and his collection would be completely destroyed.

"Don't worry, it's fine." Ignoring the Collector's阻拦, Wang Bo grabbed the Power Stone. Instantly, an extremely powerful force surged into his body.

This force began frantically strengthening Wang Bo's cells, bones, blood, and organs, until he couldn't bear it and would turn to ashes.

But unfortunately for the stone, Wang Bo's strength was no longer what it used to be.

Having traveled through dozens of worlds and strengthened himself time and again, his Superman's steel body had been greatly enhanced. Even the Power Stone's energy pouring into him couldn't destroy him.

Wang Bo desperately drove his body to absorb the Infinity Stone's power.

The reason he was so reckless was, first, because he had the ability to resurrect—even if he died, he could be reborn.

Second, because his goal this time was Thanos.

Without immense power, he couldn't defeat Thanos.

So Wang Bo grabbed the Power Stone barehanded, using its power to strengthen himself.

The Collector looked at Wang Bo in awe. "Unbelievable, truly unbelievable. You are so powerful that you can absorb the Infinity Stone's power."

Wang Bo smiled, but due to the pain, his face twitched, making the smile look somewhat ferocious.

"It hurts a bit, but it's bearable," he stammered.

The Collector couldn't help asking, "What exactly are you?"

"Superman!" Wang Bo said, enduring the pain.

The Collector paused, as if something occurred to him. "You wouldn't happen to be a Kryptonian, would you?"

The Marvel world had DC comics, and the DC world had Marvel comics. What's more interesting was that the two universes had once been in contact. Perhaps others didn't know, but as the universe's oldest Collector, he was well aware.

So when Wang Bo said Superman, he immediately thought of Kryptonians.

"That's right." Wang Bo nodded. "I do have Kryptonian blood."
