Himiko's soul, inhabiting a decayed body already dead, had manipulated storms for centuries without cease. From this perspective, she was essentially not much different from a deity.

And Wang Bo said that Sam was dangerous precisely because of this.

He had served in the Royal Marine Commandos, enjoyed rock climbing, hiking, and exploration. He was on close personal terms with Lara's parents. He was both Lara's teacher and her spiritual leader.

His death was absolutely a huge blow to Laura.
