Chapter 016: First Meeting

At Wang Bo's current speed, crossing a hundred meters took only a second, and a li was merely a few seconds. Even an ordinary airplane might not be able to catch up at this speed, let alone a car.

He remembered that he had indeed saved someone in that great explosion, but that person was his mentor.

"Yes, you're thinking correctly. Henri Ducard is the true Ra's al Ghul, the founder of the League of Shadows, and also your mentor."

He couldn't imagine what kind of damage Ducard would inflict on Gotham City with his abilities if he truly was the Ninja Master.

"With your intelligence, can you not yet see through the tricks of the League of Shadows?" Wang Bo retorted.

Bruce Wayne was silent.

“Who exactly are you?”

“Someone who needs your help,” Wang Bo replied.

Bruce Wayne said, "You need my help?"

"Yes."

"How do you want me to help you?"

"Do you know that Spider-Woman?" Wang Bo said. "The woman who's been causing a stir in Gotham City."

Bruce Wayne certainly knew. As soon as he returned to Gotham, he had heard of this woman, who was an enemy of the Falcone family—a family that had been frantically searching for her.

"Her real name is Gwen Stacy."
