Chapter 5: Doubting Life

Wang Bo naturally knew nothing of what was happening at the Hoover Dam base.

He was astonished by something else. After finishing his morning exercise and returning home, Wang Bo was surprised to find Xiaoqing and Bumblebee watching a movie—and it was Transformers!

To be honest, this move was so slick it left Wang Bo utterly speechless.

Wang Bo had never imagined that Xiaoqing would also spoil the plot, and she directly spoiled it for Bumblebee.

At that moment, the movie was playing the end of the first film, where Bumblebee's legs were blown off, and the female protagonist drove a car towing Bumblebee through the battlefield—she drove while he shot.

Together, they took down the Decepticon member Brawl.

Wang Bo glanced at the real Bumblebee. Although his face was expressionless, Wang Bo believed that at this moment, Bumblebee must be doubting his life.

Who am I? Where am I? What am I supposed to do?

Questions like these must be deeply troubling Bumblebee. It's only natural. If the protagonist were replaced by Wang Bo, he would surely have the same expression.

Xiaoqing said excitedly, "You can just call me Xiaoqing. Can I call you Optimus Prime?"

Optimus Prime, Jazz, Ironhide, and Ratchet opened the files and began watching.

They used 32x fast-forward speed and soon finished watching several Transformers movies.

After watching, Optimus Prime was completely dumbfounded.

What? Bumblebee was captured by humans? Jazz was torn in half by Megatron?

What? I died? And then I came back to life?

What? The Fallen had already come to Earth? Megatron was deceived by the Fallen?

What? My teacher Sentinel Prime wanted to teleport Cybertron to Earth? I had my right arm cut off by my own teacher?

What? Humans betrayed us over the Seeds and slaughtered many of our kind?

What? I was controlled by the Creators of the Transformers?

What? Earth is Unicron?

After watching Transformers 1 through 5, Optimus Prime had many questions answered, but new ones arose. For example, who were Wang Bo and Xiaoqing? Why weren't they in the story?

Why would humans make such movies?

Why, when I searched all the movies in this world, did I find no trace of us, as if there were no movies about us at all?

If so, where did the movies in these two people's hands come from?

In short, a host of questions troubled Optimus Prime, leaving him feeling terrible.
